SEEING THORUGH THE
EYES OF FAITH
INTRODUCTION
- Illustration: “God said it, I believe it and that settles
it”…”If God said it that settles it whether you believe it or
not!”
- Romans 4:20-21 “Men of faith staggered not at the promise of God
through unbelief; but were strong in faith, giving glory to God; and
being fully persuaded that, what God had promised, he was able also to
perform.”
- Faith is knowing that what God has said, He will do!
Faith is the full assurance and confidence in God’s ability
to accomplish His purpose and to fulfill His promises!
- John 5:19 “The Son can do nothing of Himself, but what He sees
the Father do: For what things so ever He doesth, these also doeth the
Son likewise.”

1. Hebrews 11:l “Faith is substance and evidence of things hoped
for and not seen.”
Noah
(Genesis 6:1-22) The people saw a draught but Noah saw a flood!
2. II Corinthians 13:5 “Examine yourselves, whether ye be in the
faith.”
Abraham(Genesis
22:1-14)The servants saw sacrificial death but Abraham saw God’s
supernatural provision!

people saw the sea and Pharaoh’s army but Moses saw(Exodus 14:1-31) the
greatness and power of God!

people of Israel saw giants but Caleb saw God!

12:2) King Herod saw James killed on earth by a sword but James saw a
martyrs crown received in heaven!

Paul (Acts 27:21-25) The ship crew saw the storm of destruction

angel of hope!
CONCLUSION
“Anoint our eyes with eye salve, that we may
see!” (Revelation 3:18)
