PROPHET’S PERSONALITY ISSUES 1.
A prophet’s frankness can be viewed as harshness
and insensitivity! 2.
A prophet’s rudeness and poor manners can be the
prophet’s “cop-out” for the need of being conformed into the image
of Jesus. 3.
A prophet’s focus on right & wrong and black
& white can be perceived
as intolerance! 4.
A prophet’s boldness can hinder personal
relationships! 5.
A prophet’s need to be alone with God can be
interpreted as being “aloof">

A prophet’s rudeness and poor manners can be the
prophet’s “cop-out” for the need of being conformed into the image
of Jesus. 3.
A prophet’s focus on right & wrong and black
& white can be perceived
as intolerance! 4.
A prophet’s boldness can hinder personal
relationships! 5.
A prophet’s need to be alone with God can be
interpreted as being “aloof,” “more spiritual” or “uncaring!” 6.
A prophet’s non-conforming ways can make personal
relationships difficult. 7.
A prophet’s strong desire to convey the truth can
be interpreted as showing little interest in listening to another point of
view! 8.
A prophet’s emphasis upon “groups” can be
interpreted as disinterest in individual needs! 9.
A prophet’s emphasis upon “individuals” can be
interpreted as disinterest in groups! 10.
A prophet faces the danger of being proud of rhetoric
and persuasiveness! 11.
A prophet can depend too much on “own ability” to
speak into the lives of others rather than on the Holy Spirit to convict! Back
