MINISTRY OF JESUS

(Isaiah 61:1-2 and Luke 4:18-21)

 

  1. “Spirit of the Lord is upon Me.”

 

  1. “Anointed to preach the Gospel to the poor.”(“Preach good tidings to the meek.”)

 

  1. “Heal the broken hearted.”(“Bind up the broken hearted.”)

 

  1. “Preach deliverance to the captives.”(“Proclaim liberty to the captives.”)

 

  1. “Recovering of sight to the blind.”

 

  1. “Set at liberty the bruised.(“Opening the prison to them that are bound.)

 

  1. “Preach the acceptable year of the Lord.”(“To proclaim the acceptable year of the Lord and the day of vengeance of our God.”)

 

  1. (“To comfort all that mourn.”)
