EKKLESIA (CHURCH) IS NOT A LOCATION

1.   Jesus experienced koinonia(fellowship)  and ekklesia(church life) with the Father in the eternity!

2.   Jesus shared koinonia and ekklesia with His disciples!

3.   Jesus said: “Believe me, the hour cometh, when ye shall neither in this mountain, nor yet at Jerusalem, worship(proskun=to kiss toward) the Father.  The hour cometh, and now is, when the true worshippers(proskunetes= a worshipper) shall worship(proskun) the Father in spirit and in truth: for the Father seeketh such to worship(proskun) him.  God is a Spirit: and they that worship(proskun) him must worship(proskun) him in spirit and in truth.”

4.   koinonia and ekklesia occurred everywhere Jesus and His disciples were:

a.   Sea/lake shore

b.   On the sea/lake

c.    In a boat

d.   Fishing

e.    Mountains

f.     Hill sides

g.   Gardens

h.   Houses

i.      Roads

j.     Paths

k.   Meals

l.      Banquets

m. Visiting friends

n.   Cooking out

o.   Walking

p.   Night

q.   Day

r.    Every day

s.    All day

t.     Sabbath days

u.   First days

v.    Temple

w. Synagogue

x.    City

y.    Town

z.    Country side

5.   Koinonia and ekklesia relationships were continued by the apostles as they shared this way of Life with all new disciples and in turn all the new disciples shared this way of Life everywhere with everyone as they were scattered abroad to the uttermost parts!
