SCRIPTURE REFERENCES:

Acts 2:21 “And it shall come to pass, that whosoever shall call on the name of the Lord shall be saved (sozo).”

Acts 2:47 “Praising God, and having favor with all the people.  And the Lord added to the church daily such as should be saved (sozo).”

Acts 4:12 “Neither is there salvation (soteria) in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved (sozo).”

Acts 15:11 “But we believe that through the grace of the Lord Jesus Christ we shall be saved (sozo), even as they.”

Acts 16:29-31 “Then called he (jailer) for a light, and sprang in, and came trembling, and fell down before Paul and Silas, And brought them out, and said, Sirs, what must I do to be saved (sozo)?  And they said, Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved (sozo), and thy house.  And they spake unto him the word of the Lord, and to all that were in his house.”

Romans 1:16 “For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation (soteria) to everyone that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek.  For therein is the righteousness of God revealed from faith to faith: as it is written, The just shall live by faith.”

Romans 5:8-10 “But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.  Much more then, being now justified by his blood, we shall be saved (sozo) from wrath through him.  For if, when we were enemies, we were reconciled to God by the death of his Son, much more, being reconciled, we shall be saved by his life.”

Romans 10:9-13 “But what saith it?  The word is nigh thee, even in thy mouth, and in thy heart: that is, the word of faith, which we preach; That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved (sozo).  For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation (solteria).  For the scripture saith, Whosoever believeth on him shall not be ashamed.  For there is no difference between the Jew and the Greek: for the same Lord over all is rich unto all that call upon him.  For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved (sozo).”
