Jesus and bread (Matthew 6:11) “Give us this day our daily bread.”


 

Jesus dining with Matthew (Matthew 9:10-18; Mark 2:14-22) “Jesus sat at meat in his house.”


 

Jesus eating and drinking (Matthew 11:19; Luke 7:34) “The Son of man came eating and drinking, and they say, Behold a man gluttonous, and a winebibber, a friend of publicans and sinners. But wisdom is justified by her children.”

Paul eats meal at baptism (Acts 9:19) “Paul received meat and he was strengthened.”


 

Peter waits on meal at Simon Tanner’s house (Acts 10:6, 10”Peter became hungry and would have eaten: but while they made ready, he fell into a trance.”


 

Paul on first day of week (Acts 20:7, 11) “And upon the first day of the week, when the disciples came together to break bread, Paul preached unto them…Paul broke bread and ate.”
