to pasture and water; provides, protects,
cares
for, strengthens, heals, binds up wounds
presbuteros means an aged person,
spiritual maturity,
maturity in spiritual experience, denoting
wisdom
episkopos means overseer, one who
gives oversight, to
superintend
Application- One who
oversees and cares for the spiritual needs of “called out ones”, the ekklesia.
Thus one who equips the saints for work of the ministry in overseeing and
caring for one another.
