DELIVERANCE

1. Matthew 6:13 “Deliver (rhuomai=to rescue from) us from evil (poneros=wicked one, causing, pain, sorrow, evil).”
2. Matthew 12:29 “Bind (deo=to fasten) the strong man (ischur = mighty, robust).”
3. Mark 3:14-15 “And Jesus ordained twelve, that they should be with Him, and that He might send them forth to…cast out demons (ekballo=to cast out).”
4. Mark 16:17, 20 “These signs shall follow them that believe; in my Name shall they cast out demons (ekballo=to cast out)…the Lord working with them and confirming the Word with signs following.”
5. Luke 10:1, 17-19 “The Lord appointed seventy also, and sent them two and two before his face into every city and place whither he himself would come.  And the seventy returned again with joy, saying, Lord, even the demons are subject unto us through thy name.  And Jesus said unto them, I behold Satan as lightning fall from heaven.  Behold, I give unto you power to tread (pateo=to trample) on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy: and nothing shall by any means hurt you.”

9. Ephesians 2:2 “The prince (archon=chief) of the power (excusia= authority) of the air (aer=atmosphere), the spirit that now worketh in the children of disobedience:”
