BALANCE BETWEEN THE WORD AND REVELATION

 

THE WORD:

1.      Matthew 4:4, 7, 10 “Jesus answered and said, It is written, Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God.  Jesus said unto him, It is written again, Thou shalt not temt the Lord thy God.  For it is written, Thous shalt worship the Lord thy God, and him only shalt thou serve.”

2.      Matthew 21:42 “Jesus saith unto them, Did ye never read in the scriptures, the stone which the builders rejected, the same is become the head of the corner: This is the Lord’s doing, and it is marvelous in our eyes?”
