Witnesses to Jesus’
Resurrection:
- Enemies - Matthew 27:63 “He said while He was
alive, After three days I will rise again.”(Matthew 28:11-15)
- Angels – Matthew 28:6 “He is not here, but is
risen as He said.”
- Mary Magdalene – Mark 16:9 “Now when Jesus was
risen early the first day of the week, he appeared first to Mary Magdalene,
out of whom he had cast seven demons.”
- Other Mary – Matthew 28:9 “And as Mary Magdalene
and the other Mary went to tell his disciples, behold, Jesus met them,
saying, All hail. And they came and held him by the feet, and worshipped
him.”
- Two Disciples on Emmaus Road – Luke 24:13-15 “And,
behold, two of them went that same day to a village called Emmaus, which was
from Jerusalem about threescore furlongs…”
- Simon Peter – Luke 24:13-15 “The Lord is risen
indeed, and hath appeared to Simon.” I Corinthians 15:5 “He was seen
of Cephas:”
- Eleven – John 20:26 “And after eight days again
his disciples were within, and Thomas with them: then came Jesus, the doors

Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised Him from
