IN A HOUSE
- Jesus is Worshipped in a House!
(Matthew
2:11) “And when they were come into the house, they saw the young
child with Mary his other, and fell down, and worshipped Him: and when
they had opened their treasures, they presented unto Him gifts; gold, and
frankincense and myrrh.”
- A Healing Ministry Occurred in Peter’s
House!
(Matthew
8:14-16) “And when Jesus was come into Peter’s house, He saw
his wife’s mother laid, and sick of a fever.
And He touched her hand, and the fever left her: and she arose, and
ministered unto them. When
the evening was come, they brought unto Him many that were possessed with
devils: and He cast out the spirit with his word, and healed all that were
sick: That it might be fulfilled which was spoken by Isaiah the prophet,
saying, Himself took our infirmities, and bare our sicknesses.”
- The First Lord’s Supper was Observed in
a House!
(Matthew
26:18) And Jesus said, Go into the city to such a man; and say unto him,
The Master saith, My time is at hand: I will keep the Passover at thy house
with my disciples.”
- Jesus Preached to People in a House!

2:1-2) “And again Jesus entered into Capernaum after some days; and it
was noised that He was in the house.
And straightway many were gathered together, insomuch that there
was no room to receive them, no, not so much as about the door: and He
preached the word unto them.”
- Tarrying in Prayer Occurred in a House!

1:13-14)And when they were come in, they went up into an upper room
and continued with one accord in prayer and supplication.”

suddenly there came a sound from heaven as of a rushing mighty wind, and
it filled all the house where they were sitting.”

2:46) “And they continued daily with one accord in the temple
(Solomon’s Porch), and breaking bread from house to house, did
eat their meat with gladness and singleness of heart, praising God.”
- Jesus was Taught & Preached in Every
House!

5:42) “And daily in the temple(Solomon’s Porch), and in every house,
they ceased not to teach and preach Jesus Christ.”

and haling men and women committed them to prison.”

Cornelius!

10:24-27) “And the morrow after they entered into Casarea.
And Cornelius waited for them, and had called together his kinsmen
and near friends. And as
Peter was coming in, Cornelius met him. And as he talked with him, he went in, and found many that
were come together.”

12:12) “And when Peter had considered the thing, he came to the house
of Mary the mother of John whose surnamed was Mark; where many were
gathered together praying.”

(Acts
16:40) “And they went out of the prison, and entered into the house of
Lydia: and when they had seen the brethren, they comforted them, and
departed.”

28:30-31) “And Paul dwelt two whole years in his own hired house,
and received all that came in unto him, preaching the kingdom of God, and
teaching those things which concern the Lord Jesus Christ, with all
